Dr. Bryan Xiaohui Lin, born on 21 December 1973, whose native place is in Chaoyang, Shantou from Guangdong Province. Lin was graduated from City University College of Science and Technology in Malaysia and he started his first career as a salesman in Shenzhen. In 2000, he worked as a Sales Manager in Siu Bong Group Holdings Limited in Hong Kong, and later a General Manager in Shenzhen Fu Han Industrial Company Limited.

Lin had been working in Hong Kong and Shenzhen for more than a decade, and had accumulated profound business administration experiences and possessed strong social networking skills. In order to practice his entrepreneurial ambition, Lin and his spouse Madam Su Jiaohua decided to found Shenzhen Realord Technology Holdings Limited (Realord Technology) and Shenzhen Sharpe Photo-electricity Technology Company Limited in January and November 2005 respectively. These companies specialize in manufacturing consumer electronics, such as LCD monitor, LCD television and mobile phones, etc. The companies recorded an amazing sales performance with foreign sales of about 103 million Yuan after a year of establishment. The annual sales of the three years after 2008 were approximately about 500 million Yuan.

After several years of unremitting efforts and strategic deployments, products in brand of "Realord" created by Lin Xiaohui and Su Jiaohua were successfully sold overseas with remarkable results and established a stellar reputation. Besides, in light of its excellent quality management, Realord Technology has grown to be a "High-tech enterprise in Shenzhen" and a "National high-tech enterprise in China" that were accredited and recognized by the Chinese government.

In 2011, one of flagship products "Realord UU mobile phone" became the only designated mobile phone and licensed merchandise in Summer Universiade held in Shenzhen. In 2013, Realord Technology was ranked as the 12th in "China's Top 500 Foreign Trade Private Enterprises Ranked by Import and Export Value in 2012", the 169th in "China's Top 500 Foreign Trade Enterprises Ranked by Import and Export Value in 2012" with import and export volume amounted in total of US$1.8 billion highlighting the Group's leading position in the market.

The Legend of Lin was greatly appreciated by the industry. Later, he was appointed as vice president of Shenzhen General Chamber of Commerce, vice president of Shenzhen Hi-tech Industry Association, vice president of Shenzhen Flat Panel Display Industry Association, committing to promote peer cooperation and to improve the business environment of the industry.

Since 2006, Lin has been elected as a Member of the Committee of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference in Futian District, Shenzhen, and later as Member of the Standing Comittee in 2009. Dr. Lin has also become as Member of the Committee of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province in 2010.

Lin is enthusiastic in charity events. He has become a vice president of Shenzhen Futian District Charity Association and vice president of Chinese Society for Promotion of the Guangcai program, Shenzhen since 2009. He is particularly concerned about medical development in both Hong Kong and Shenzhen. For instance, in February 2014, Lin and Su Jiaohua donated HK$1 million to the University of Hong Kong – Shenzhen Hospital. In January 2015, Lin has became a Honorary Patron of the University of Hong Kong Foundation. He donated HK$10 million to the University of Hong Kong, setting up "Bryan Lin Professorship in Pediatric Cardiology" to support pediatric cardiac research and its development team. Later, "Lin Xiaohui Foundation" has been founded to further support the charity events in Hong Kong and China.

Lin has been well-respected by community because of his excellent business ethics and philanthropic ventures. In 2005, Lin was awarded as a "Shenzhen Outstanding Entrepreneur" accredited by Shenzhen Enterprises Evaluation Association,  "2008's Top 10 Economic Figures in Guangdong Province"(nomination award),  "the 14th World Outstanding Chinese" by by the World Chinese Business Investment Foundation and the United World Chinese Association in 2015, "Asian Chinese Leader" by Asian College of Knowledge Management in 2016 and also received an Honorary Doctorate Degree of Business Administration issued by Sabi University, France.
