On March 23, co-organized by the Youth Work Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government of Hong Kong, the Civil Affairs and Youth Affairs Bureau of the The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong Elite Association, and the Relay China Youth Elite Association, the National Two Sessions Spirit Sharing Session (Youth Session)" was held. More than 200 young people from different sectors of society were invited to learn the spirit of the "two sessions", to better understand the latest national policies, to grasp the opportunities of national development, to gather majestic youth power for the comprehensive promotion of Chinese-style modernization, the governance and prosperity of Hong Kong.

The Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs Miss Alice Mak delivered a speech in video format. Song Lai, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Youth Affairs of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and Liang Hongzheng, Deputy Director of the Home Affairs and Youth Affairs Bureau gave speeches in the meeting. 12 Committee Members of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Representatives of National People's Congress shared the spirit of the two sessions with their personal experiences.

Dr. Lin Xiaohui, Committee Member of National CPPCC, Chairman of Realord Group (1196.HK) & Sincere Company (0244.HK), and chairman of the Hong Kong Taxi Driver Practitioners Association shared his personal experience about "Two Sessions".
