Friends of Hong Kong Association Limited held a street stand activity in Wan hai to explain the improvement of regional governance and the district council reform plan to the public. Lin Xiaohui said: having communication with the public, we found that the most direct hope of many citizens is that the District Councils can bring order out of the chaos and help people's livelihood matters. When I was explaining to them, I pointed out that after the remodeling of the district councils, there will be more community service points, and more district councilors with different backgrounds will serve them. In addition, the reform plan will introduce a performance monitoring system, which will investigate and deal with district councilors whose behavior does not meet public expectations, so as to ensure that district councilors perform their due duties.
