(4 November, 2023 – Shenzhen) "Shenzhen and Hong Kong work together to win the future" - the Symposium of 2023 Futian District Entrepreneur Day event for Shenzhen and Hong Kong Entrepreneurs was held in the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Co-operation Zone (hereinafter referred to as " Hetao Cooperation Zone"). Representatives of more than 60 private enterprises gathered together to focus on the implementation of the State Council's "Shenzhen Park Development Plan for the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Hetao Cooperation Zone", to seek opportunities and discuss development together, and to start a face-to-face "brainstorming". Dr. Bryan Lin Xiaohui, member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Chairman of the Futian District Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce), Chairman of Realord Group Holdings Limited (1196.HK) and chairman of The Sincere Company Limited (0244.HK), was invited to attend the meeting and made a speech.

Lin suggested establishing a meeting mechanism for the Shenzhen-Hong Kong joint venture companies with broader, deeper, and closer coverage around the future development of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Hetao Cooperation Zone. Secondly, make full use of Hong Kong’s advantages in gathering international talents and maximize the attraction and incentive for the scientific and innovative talents. Thirdly, further improve the convenience of customs clearance to accelerate the promotion of "invisible customs clearance" to facilitate more convenient exchanges between the two places.
