On August 26, the Hong Kong SAR government held seminars on the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. The guest speakers included Shen Chunyao, Deputy Chairman of the Constitution and Law Committee of the National People's Congress, Director of the Legal Affairs Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, and Wang Wentao, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Minister of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China. Chief Executive of the Hong Kong SAR Government John Li and Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Zheng Yanxiong delivered opening speeches respectively. More than 500 people attended the seminar that day, and Lin Xiaohui, a member of the National Committee of the Hong Kong Political Consultative Conference and  Realord Group (1196.HK) and the Sincere Company (0244.HK) Chairman Bryan Lin Xiaohui, was invited to attend this seminar.
