Lin said, in the past period of time, the anti-China chaos in Hong Kong had colluded with foreign forces and used loopholes in the electoral system to enter the governance structure of the SAR, endangering Hong Kong's long-term stability and national security. It is necessary to keep pace with the times and improve the electoral system as soon as possible. Their conspiracy must not be succeed.
