(Hong Kong, 28 August 2026 ) Realord Technology Company Limited (Stock Code: 1196; the “Group” or the “Company”) today announced its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 (the “Period”).
Financial highlights: Gross profit up 18.4%; Revenue remains solid
During the Period, the Group recorded revenue of approximately HK$278 million, representing an increase compared with the corresponding period last year. Gross profit rose by 18.4% year on year to approximately HK$76.8 million. The growth was mainly attributable to the contribution of the Group’s core businesses, including Property, Financial Services, Environmental Protection, and Latin America and the Caribbean; and the Environmental Protection Segment was benefited from the increase in copper price during the Period.
Strategic upgrade: Rebrands as Realord Technology; Positioning in mobile game and digital technology
To better align with its future development direction, the Company was officially renamed Realord Technology Company Limited in June 2026. The change of name represents an important strategic upgrade for the Group.
On 6 February 2026, the Group entered into a non-legally binding memorandum of understanding with Mr. Ko in relation to the proposed development of a mobile game distribution and operation business. Through the contemplated strategic cooperation, the Group plans to deepen its presence in China’s mobile game publishing and operations market, which offers significant growth potential, and to add a new growth driver to its business portfolio.
Property Segment: Focusing on core assets to steadily unlock potential value
The Group remains focused on property investment, development and commercial operation in Shenzhen. Benefiting from a higher occupancy rate at the serviced apartments of Sincere Mall and increased rental income from the units of Excellence Times Square in Futian, Shenzhen, rental income of the Property Segment rose by 14.1% year on year to approximately HK$19.3 million during the Period. Progress of the key projects is as follows:
- Sincere Mall at Realord Villas in Longhua District comprises retail shops and business apartment building. The shopping mall currently has 29 retail tenants. Certain floors of the business apartment building are leased as service apartments, of which five floors recorded an occupancy rate of 97% during the Period;
- “Realord Lanyue Meicheng Homeland” (the Qiankeng Project in Longhua District), with a construction scale of approximately 166,000 square metres, is about to be fully topped out and it is expected to obtain a pre-sale permit in the fourth quarter of 2026;
- Realord Technology Park in Guangming District with the construction scale of approximately 110,000 square metres (including underground garage), Phase I of the project has been leased to a hotel operator for a term from 2024 to 2033, providing the Group with stable rental income. The Group and the relevant government authorities have not yet reached consensus on the construction scheme and the supplemental agreement in respect of the development plan approved in August 2021. Accordingly, Phase II development will commence only after these matters have been completed;
- Regarding the Laiying Garden urban renewal project in Nanshan District, the Group obtained the land use permit in July 2023 and commenced earthworks and foundation works in April 2024, after that the Group had to overcome building-height constraints arising from aviation restrictions. Construction was fully resumed in Decemember 2025 following confirmation of acceptance by the Shenzhen Safety Supervision and Administration Bureau of Civil Aviation of China (CAAC Shenzhen Safety Supervision Administration) in October 2025. In June 2026, the Group paid the land premium in full and obtained the land use right and the construction permit for pile foundation from the relevant government authorities. Pile foundation works, as well as foundation pit support and earthworks, are expected to be completed within the year;
- In respect of the Zhangkengjing Property, the Group is in discussion with the relevant government authorities on its urban renewal application. The site is currently for industrial use and, subject to approval, is intended to be converted into residential apartments and commercial use.
Financial Services Segment: Segment profit increased to around HK$27.4 million
The Financial Services Segment, including corporate finance advisory, asset management, securities brokerage services, money lending and margin financing, recorded revenue of approximately HK$37.5 million during the Period. Through improved asset quality and streamlined operating costs, segment profit increased substantially to approximately HK$27.4 million. The Group will continue to provide diversified, high-quality financial services to clients and expects the segment to maintain steady development in the second half of 2026.
Environmental Protection Segment: Recorded revenue of approximately HK$212 million, contributing 76.5% of the Group’s total revenue
The Environmental Protection Segment is engaged in the recycling, trading and sales of scrap materials. Leveraging its customer network in Mainland China and four leased sites in Osaka, Japan, with a total area of approximately 19,609 square metres, the Environmental Protection Segment recorded revenue of approximately HK$212 million and segment profit of approximately HK$3.7 million during the Period, contributing approximately 76.5% of the Group’s overall revenue. Going forward, the Group will further strengthen the segment’s competitiveness through technology upgrades, expansion of its customer base in Japan and Mainland China, and continued prudent cost control.
Latin America and the Caribbean Segment: Growth driven by the Citizenship Investment Programme
The principal business of LAC Segment was provision of citizenship application and consultancy services on citizenship by investment programme (“CBI Programme”) and development of the Grenada Project, which involves the development of a mixed property project consisting of educational facilities, apartments for students, hotel and resort facilities, etc. The Group’s presence in Latin America and the Caribbean continued to gain traction. Benefiting from an increase in the number of approvals under Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment programme (“CBI Programme”), the segment recorded revenue of approximately HK$7.6 million during the Period, representing a year-on-year increase of approximately 105%. As at 30 June 2026, the master plan of the Grenada Project is subject to the approval from the relevant government authorities. In the middle of June 2026, the Group and the relevant government authorities reached a consensus to mainly develop the hotel and resort facilities of the project, which the project will be implemented in phases. The first phase of the hotel project and construction will commence once the construction plan is approved by the relevant government authorities. The Group is actively exploring investment opportunities in Latin America and the Caribbean by combining property investment and development with citizenship-related programmes, serving global high-net-worth investors to meet their needs in identity planning and asset allocation.

Amid a complex and rapidly evolving global economic environment, Realord Technology will continue to pursue a prudent yet flexible operating approach. The Group will consolidate its established strengths in property, financial services, environmental protection and overseas businesses, while accelerating its positioning in digital technology areas such as mobile gaming, with a view to driving sustainable growth through a diversified strategy and creating long-term value for shareholders.
